Some of our professionals pioneered the very first pilot Brownfield project in the US EPA Region 5 (Empire Detroit Steel, Portsmouth, Ohio). The data from that site and others around the country were used to draft the initial Brownfield Initiative in the early 1990s.

- Innovative and courageous approach: our client is responsible for paying our true cost (with multiplier) plus a nominal administrative fee during our course of work. Once the job is complete and the property is ready for re-use, the client will pay an agreed upon completion bonus per contract.
Our Brownfield program is offered exclusively to private investors or to municipalities and local governments with limitations.
