The central value of our operation,
for the present and the future, is to focus on keeping our clients liability
free at a fair cost. We believe that employee performance and improvement is
possible through continuous training and exposure to new technologies. It is
mandatory for each scientist and engineer to complete five to seven hours of
continuing education (CE) training each year through specialty courses offered by the US
EPA, Indiana Department of Environmental Management or other approved agencies.
Our team strives for excellence
through Total Quality Management (TQM). Our procedures, processes,
and methods of operation undergo a thorough review by our QA/QC Director on
a project-by-project basis.
