Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Brownfield Management Our team provided major financial institutions and other clients with ASTM compliant Phase I environmental assessments. We complied with and applied All Applicable Inquiries (AAI) requirements well before it was mandated by the US EPA and other financial institutions. Our comprehensive approach eliminated potential future liabilities to our clients. Our Phase I report format and environmental database search are inclusive and accurate to provide our clients, their financial institutions and other involved parties with full understanding of risk, liabilities and the recommended management thereof. Our team is the team of choice for number of municipalities and counties for site assessments and accurate risk determination in order to preserve public funds.
	Our experts provided numerous clients from the public and private sectors with water resource management and aquifer analysis to meet ever increasing demand on these resources. We provided our field teams with the right equipment to get the job done.
Some of our professionals pioneered the very first pilot Brownfield project in the US EPA Region 5 (Empire Detroit Steel, Portsmouth, Ohio). The data from that site and others around the country were used to draft the initial Brownfield Initiative in the early 1990s.
